About Me:

I am a health & fitness coach, with a background in strength, personal training, weight loss and Pilates. I program for results by focusing on 'fit' over skinny.

I'm results oriented and believe most people train for an outcome, so I help shift that mindset from obsessive scale watching to tracking results.

There is a gap in understanding movement, so I've studied this particularly for women over 40.

In 2022 I was selected as 1 of 12 health coaches to work with L.A. based Fitness guru Jill Coleman and now completely work online with clients all over the world, UK, USA.

This keeps me at the top of my game providing health solutions for everyday women that incorporate exercise and nutrition.
